The female part screws (1/2 inch hardware) to any solid surface. The female part of the anchor clamp can be tilted up to 180 degrees, offering a wide angle of use and variability. The male part of the COBRA® OUL (9 kN) is then attached to any gear, kit or pack, allowing it to be securely fastened and stowed away for quick, easy and safe access. This is a great solution for storage in vehicles and aircraft, as well as for applications where "buckle and go" load-bearing storage options are required.

Not suitable as Personal Protective Equipment because it does not have open under load protecting!
