General information about monitoring

Parcels containing orders are packed under camera surveillance. Monitoring includes photos and video footage of the packaging process. Monitoring is available for 40 days from the moment the goods are packed.

• Accurate coverage of the packaging station
• Camera resolution: 5K
• Material availability: 40 days from packaging

Terms and conditions for access to material

The presentation of monitoring is a paid service due to the time needed to review and edit the material.

Monitoring service price list

The presentation of surveillance photos costs: PLN 100 net + 23% VAT.

The cost of presenting the surveillance footage is: PLN 300 net + 23% VAT.
