AustriAlpin COBRAFRAME non-separable buckle for "riggest belt" type
Luxury aluminum COBRAFRAME buckle with stainless steel beam. Stretch version for thicker belts.
The buckle is made of 7075 aluminum (body), stainless steel (clamping beam). Buckle breaking strength 9kN (approximately suspended load of about 850-900kg), in a loop 18kN (provided that appropriate webbing and sewing are used).
The buckle should be sewn on one side (need to made and sew webbing) and on the other side threaded through the self-locking beam so that the end of the belt have to be outside. Instructions for weaving the tape on the buckle can be found on our blog.

Buckles are tools and are shipped from the factory in bulk packaging. There may be minor scratches or dents on the buckle coating.
Buckles with the most durable HARDCOATED GRAY coating and with ANODIZED coating are manufactured in separate electrochemical processes without the possibility of obtaining uniform final effects. Buckles from different series have different shades, sometimes the differences are visible to the naked eye. This does not constitute a basis for a complaint or return of the product. If aesthetics are most important to you, we suggest choosing buckles with HPC High Performance Coating, with KTL black coating or powder coated.
