Please confirm that you have already chosen a buckle and put it in the basket, without it we cannot sew the belt. If you have not done so, you can do it later, but please do not forget about it.
The tapes have different stiffness, to have an idea of what we are talking about, we have divided them as follows:
The belt will be sewn from 2 layers of medium-stiff tape (please choose only such tape) around the entire circumference in accordance with the selected size. Stitched 5x lengthwise like in Thirdline belts, thanks to which it is so stiff that it does not bend under the weight of weapons and equipment, even under heavy loads. Due to its sufficient stiffness, there is no sewn-in plastic stiffener that breaks or cuts the threads over time. We do not use piping that quickly wears out on the edge of the belt. It is sewn in such a way that it will serve and look good for a long time.
Before choosing this option, measure yourself carefully with a tape measure or a piece of string and measure the string with a ruler. Do not provide information about the size of the trousers, as it is often very inaccurate. We will make an optimal length rigid belt that allows adjustment of -5 +10cm from the circumference indicated in the notes.
If you need an individual size, select the appropriate option and enter the measured belt size in the notes.
We sew Velcro on the adjustable end of the belt (hard-hooks) and on the main belt (soft-loops). Adjustment of 15 cm requires 30 cm Velcro loops and 8 cm Velcro hooks.

Inside the main belt, we can sew Velcro, soft loops or hard hooks along the entire non-adjustable length of the belt. If you have not previously selected the belt size, select a size from the options provided or provide the actual measured belt circumference and enter it in the NOTES in cm. If you have selected hard Velcro hooks on the inside, it makes it impossible to sew PALLS/MOLLE cells on the outside, due to the construction of the sewing machine and the thread tensioning technique. When the Velcro hooks are underneath, knots will form when sewing PALLS/MOLLE and such sewing is not correct (although some manufacturers do this).
Inner belt made of 38mm soft tape with hard or soft Velcro sewn on the outside (hooks or loops) for use around the entire circumference. Passed through a simple frame and fastened with Velcro to allow for light tightening at the waist. Can be used as an independent trouser belt. We will select the size according to the size of the selected main belt.
By choosing this option you will receive a 1cm wide webbing sewn on the entire circumference available on the belt, with stitching every 4cm, just like in Storm belts. If you want PALS only on a selected section, please describe it in the comments at the end of the order or contact us by phone. This option only makes sense for rigid 45mm belts (option 3 selected). Sewing is done using a laser-controlled bartack for heavy sewing, PALS cells can be loaded up to 20kg.
Cobra buckle D-ring holding tape - adding a Velcro tape holding the ear to the belt. In our opinion, this is not necessary, but some customers asked for this option, so we added it. This option only makes sense and is justified when adding the Cobra® Pro Style 18kN D-ring buckle to the cart.
