Thanks to the innovative approach that characterizes KONG, Frog was created, a revolutionary carabiner equipped with automatic tightening, which takes place when the anchor point is touched.
Manufactured according to a design developed in collaboration with the Polytechnic University of Milan, Frog is a completely new carabiner, both in terms of appearance and mechanism. Frog makes the concept of a "hook"-shaped carabiner obsolete.
Insertion is extremely fast and safe, even in "far" anchor points, difficult to access with standard connectors. Automatically tightens on contact with the anchor point. Special for anchoring on metal ropes and connectors. Tested many times in the production process. Fully patented product.

Carabiner care instructions:
Clean muddy/dirty carabiners with clean water, a washcloth and/or a soft brush.
Air dry - Never dry near a strong heat source.
Any transmission component where metal rubs against metal requires lubrication to operate smoothly. Dry grease should be used instead of oil for carabiners, as commercially available oil will cause dust and dirt to accumulate. Lubrication should be applied to all holes when the carabiner is in both the open and closed position. Particularly important: After use near the sea or in the sea (where the air and water have a high salt concentration), the carabiner should be cleaned immediately to avoid salt damaging the metal of the carabiner.
