Stiffnes of webbings<\/h3>\n
Belts have different stiffness, to help you choose the belt for your specific needs, we have introduced the following division:<\/p>\n
– stiff – usually a belt sewn from two layers of medium stiff webbing, it is difficult to bend it crosswise by squeezing fingers, ideal for carrying even heavy uniformed services equipment without the discomfort caused by the webbing curling.<\/p>\n
– medium-stiff PLUS – made of webbing with increased transverse stiffness, ideal as an insert for PALS to MOLE comfortpads, for attaching a holster and standard equipment ammunition pouches, providing sufficient comfort during everyday wear in trousers, great as a service belt,<\/p>\n
– medium-stiff – ideal for attaching a holster, ammunition pouches, especially for concealed wear and for carrying lighter equipment, fantastically suitable for everyday wear in trousers, a very successful compromise between comfort and stiffness,<\/p>\n
– soft – comfortable, drapable, suitable for attaching very light accessories such as gloves, a light knife, ideal for light trousers, shorts and for more delicate applications, even for a suit,<\/p>\n
– very soft – softness of belts safety, very comfortable, rather unsuitable for loading with accessories, we no longer produce such belts.<\/p>\n
Safety<\/h3>\n
Despite the use of specialist sewing, the best threads on the market with certified strength, a certified buckle and certified webbing, it is prohibited to use the belt for safety and rescue purposes ass PPE. The belt has not been tested to issue a “CE” safety certificate.<\/span><\/strong> This is primarily due to the requirements of the PL-EN 358:2002 Personal protective equipment for work positioning and preventing falls from height<\/strong><\/span> standard, which requires that belts be at least 8 cm wide along their entire length or 10 cm wide in the lumbar section<\/strong>, which automatically excludes the use of such a belt for trousers and carrying holsters and ammunition pouches.<\/p>\nUser notes<\/h3>\n
The belt can be washed by hand or in a washing machine, in a delicate liquid, at a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius, without spinning, without softeners. Dry flat in a lying position, in a well-ventilated room, at room temperature. Do not dry in the sun or in an automatic dryer. The metal buckle may cause damage to the drum and other elements inside the washing machine<\/strong>, it should be secured with soft elements of clothing.<\/p>\nWe improve our products<\/h3>\n
Due to small-scale production, individual elements of the set may differ slightly from those shown in the pictures, the differences may concern e.g. the label, the method of sewing. Buckles are tools and are sent by the factory in a collective package without protection. There may be minimal errors in coloring, small scratches or micro bruises. In anodized and hardcoated buckles<\/strong> there may be differences in the shade between the buckle halves. We eliminate larger defects by sending the buckles back to the factory.
